To connect your app to the scooter:
Make sure your bluetooth on your phone is turned on.
Fully close and open the mobile app, so it can have a chance to re-sync.
Make sure the scooter is charged.
If the scooter is locked, make sure it is turned off.
If the scooter is unlocked, make sure it is turned on.
