All Beyond Second Life scooters are covered by our limited warranty.

For a repair that’s under warranty, all you need to do is ship your scooter back to our team and we’ll take care of the repairs (labor and parts).

If the problem involves a part that is out of warranty, you can always ship it back to us and our certified Beyond technicians will take a look and let you know the cost of any repairs that would need to be made before proceeding.

For either scenario, we recommend you first reach out to our team. Your issue may be pretty simple to handle from home with a quick video from our library and you can save the shipping costs and any downtime.
